StudentDigz was founded in 2000 by Mark Hobbs and has since housed well over 25,000 Students and grown to become the independent specialist in the Swansea Student Lettings Market.
Studentdigz has grown from a business which began life with one person, who had an idea and a lot of determination, based at home in a terraced house on the outskirts of the City Centre to becoming Swansea`s largest independent Student Lettings Agent. Having built the business organically based on a simple strategy of honesty, integrity and a lot of hard work with experienced, dedicated Staff the business has grown through boom times and recession. The majority of our Staff have come from roles within the lettings industry and over the years our Clients have been able to gain great benefit from their vast experience and knowledge. We have an enviable Staff retention rate, which is testament to our friendly, yet productive office environment. It was only natural that some day the brand would expand and that time has arrived.
In 2013 we launched the Studentdigz brand in the Student City of Manchester and introduced two new Directors. Dilan Omari BA (Hons) ARLA and Edouard Clark BA (Hons) are both Business Management Graduates who have been tasked with building the brand in the Manchester and Salford area`s. Once again the Studentdigz brand will continue with the ethos of honesty and integrity combined with more than 15 years experience gained specialising in the Student Lettings Market. The outlook is very exciting and we intend this new venture to be the spring board for further expansion into Student towns and cities across the UK.
Our aim has always been to find safe, clean and affordable accommodation for rent to Students whilst guiding them through the whole process to ensure a smooth, stress-free and ethical letting experience. The introduction of specialist software and modern marketing techniques, such as those available via social media has meant we are constantly improving the service we offer to both Landlords and Students alike. We are learning new things every day and doing our best to implement the things that we feel will improve your experience when using Studentdigz.
We are proud to be the No.1 Ethical Student Letting Specialist as we work very closely with our Landlords, Contractors and the local Council to ensure all our properties comply with the regulations so they are safe for our Students. We will not knowingly take the opportunity to manage properties if they do not comply with regulations or are of a poor condition with no programme of improvement in place, as we understand that the safety of the Tenant is paramount.
