Studentdigz has grown from a business which began life with one person, who had an idea and a lot of determination, based at home in a terraced house on the outskirts of the City Centre to becoming Swansea`s largest independent Student Lettings Agent. Having built the business organically based on a simple strategy of honesty, integrity and a lot of hard work with experienced, dedicated Staff the business has grown through boom times and recession. All our Staff are fully Rent Smart Wales trained and licensed. We have an enviable Staff retention rate, which is testament to our friendly, yet productive office environment.
Business Growth & Change
Following years of business growth we eventually moved to the current Walter Road office. It wasn`t just a change of address, it was an opportunity to drag the business into a new era where we adopted new strategies and systems. We took the opportunity to change the office environment and adopted a pod system within the office to improve communication and interaction between the staff. We installed new servers, new IP phone systems and installed cloud based technology throughout the business. This new set up has allowed us to improve the whole customer experience and also improve our working environment.

Our Clients are always glad to know they are protected. At Studentdigz we have full "Client Money Protection" in place complimented by our "Public Indemnity Insurance" so you can rest assured your money is always protected. All rents are held in a dedicated "Client Account" separate from our business accounts and all managed bond deposits are lodged with "The DPS", which is a governmant backed deposit scheme. All this alongside our strong customer service and code of ethics means you are using a letting agent who really cares and most importantly is safe.
We are proud to be the No.1 Ethical Student Letting Specialist as we work very closely with our Landlords, Contractors and the local Council to ensure all our properties comply with the regulations to make them safe for our Students. We will not knowingly take the opportunity to manage properties if they do not comply with regulations or are of a poor condition with no programme of improvement in place, as we understand that the safety of the Tenant is paramount.
